Sinclair Land Surveying, Inc. is a Texas based SBE Certified Land Surveying Firm located in San Antonio, Texas under the supervision of Lemuel T. Sinclair, R.P.L.S. We have been providing surveying services, including Rural and Urban Boundary Surveys, Expert Witness Testimony, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Topographic Surveys, DTM, Boundary and Right-of-Way Retracement Surveys, Construction Staking, Horizontal and Vertical Control Surveys, Flood Hazard Surveys, Infrastructure Survey and Deed and Historical Title Research to determine property ownership, and Mapping throughout the City of San Antonio, Bexar County and the State of Texas since 1981.
